The Alternative Sentencing Program (ASP) is a court referred (Non-mandatory) community service
center that provides sentenced and mandated civilians that have committed and are found guilty of traffic or misdemeanor violations an opportunity to preform volunteer community service in lieu paying a fine and/or going to jail. At the discretion of the sentencing judge, applicants may be sent to other non-profit organizations
to preform clerical, janitorial, or other standard duties to complete their mandated community service days or hours.
- YOU MUST BE ORDERED BY THE COURT TO PREFORM COMMUNITY SERVICE.
- There will be a processing fee for your registration, the price is based according to hours or days assigned to you by the court. (EXACT CASH OR MONEY ORDER ACCEPTED ONLY)

170 - 200 hrs

Out of county or state transfers = $25.00
- Some type of IDENTIFICATION will be required to register.
**Applicants possessing physically impaired or medical conditions that unable them to preform mandatory assignments may be assigned to preform community service days/hours at a non-profit organization that offer flexible work schedules.**History

Our mission is to assist the Los Angeles County Superior Courts by alleviating the overcrowding of jail conditions by way of court referred volunteers performing community service and allowing the offenders to make a positive contribution without interrupting their livelihood, school, or job.Partnership
